South’s famous director S. Shankar’s daughter Aishwarya is married to Tarun Karthikeyan. Many celebs including Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Mani Ratnam and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin attended the wedding function held in Chennai on Monday.
In the pictures released from the wedding, Shankar looked very happy with his wife Ishwari. Shankar’s younger daughter Aditi and son Arijit are also seen in these pictures.

First marriage was with cricketer Damodaran Rohit
Let us tell you that this is Aishwarya’s second marriage. Her first marriage was with cricketer Damodaran Rohit. Rohit was the captain of Puducherry cricket team. In 2021, a 16-year-old girl had filed a case of sexual harassment against Rohit. Rohit and Aishwarya got divorced after this case.
Aishwarya and Damodaran Rohit’s marriage took place during the Covid period. During this time everyone was wearing masks.
‘Indian 2’ will be released in June
On the work front, Shankar’s next film is ‘Game Changer’. In this, superstar Ram Charan will be seen in the lead role. After this film, Shankar’s next film ‘Indian 2’ will be released in June this year. The makers have recently released its poster.
The film ‘Indian 2’ is the sequel to Shankar’s film ‘Indian’ released in 1996.
