Chinese smartphone brand Realme is going to introduce a new smartphone series in India. The company has announced that it will launch 2 new devices under the Realme P series, which can be purchased online. These phones will be sold exclusively in India. P series phones will not be available in any other market at present. On Monday, this announcement was made by Realme’s Vice President ‘Chase Su’ on the social media platform ‘X’. After some time, the model name and launch date of the new phones were announced by Realme.

Realme has said that it will launch realme P1 Pro 5G and realme P1 5G on April 15. The aim of the new series is to show strength in the mid-range and also to improve the user experience. MediaTek’s Dimension 7050 processor will be provided in realme P1 5G. realme P1 Pro 5G will have Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 5G processor.

In Realme P series, P refers to power. The company has decided to provide premium features at affordable prices. Its target is young customers. ET Telecom report says that P series can be brought in the range of Rs 15 to 25 thousand. In terms of price, it will be different from Realme C series. According to reports, the company is reportedly targeting the sale of 50 million P-series smartphones this year.

Realme is bringing a new smartphone series in India after a long time. The company can also launch devices in many other series this year, among which the GT series is prominent. The P series smartphones will be manufactured in India at Oppo’s Noida facility.

There is not much information yet about realme P1 Pro 5G and realme P1 5G. The company has given information only about the chipset. Many more features can be unveiled in the coming days.
