Delhi Air Pollution: Increasing air pollution has made breathing difficult for the people of Delhi. The Air Quality Index (AQI) is increasing every day in the capital. In many areas AQI has reached near 750. Let us tell you that the AQI level of clean air to breathe is said to be below 50. Delhi government is making every effort to reduce pollution. New rules are being made every day. Now, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has decided to implement the Odd-Even Formula (Delhi Odd-Even Formula) from 13 to 20 November and also as per the order of the Supreme Court, Delhi has started implementing app-based apps registered in other states. Entry of cabs, i.e. Ola and Uber has also been banned.

Delhi Government’s Environment Minister Gopal Rai made several announcements while holding a press conference, one of which was the announcement of entry ban of app-based cab services in Delhi. The cabs which are not registered in Delhi will no longer get entry in Delhi. Let us tell you that cabs registered in Uttar Pradesh (UP) and Haryana (HR) states also operate in Delhi. After the new decision, only DL registered cabs will get entry in Delhi.

However, the Delhi government has not issued any written order in this regard nor has any information been given as to when this rule will be implemented.

In his meeting, Rai said that the government is going to present a study report regarding odd-even in the Supreme Court on Friday. Following the instructions of the Supreme Court, the final decision will be taken on Friday. Gopal Rai said that the Transport Department has been asked to ban app-based taxis coming from other states.

He said in his statement, “The Supreme Court had said about diesel vehicles BS 3 and BS 4 vehicles with orange stickers, we have also asked for the details of that. We will give complete information regarding odd-even in the Supreme Court on Friday. After that A decision will be taken whether odd-even will be implemented from the 13th or not.”

Apart from this, it has been told that the smog tower will be run at full capacity till Thursday. 611 teams have also been formed to stop open burning.”
