Citroen e-C3 has started exporting locally manufactured electric vehicles (EVs) to the international market. The first batch of India-made e-C3 was recently sent to Indonesia. Speaking on the occasion, Aditya Jayaraj, CEO and MD, Stellantis India, said, “India is not only a strategic market but also a major sourcing hub for vehicles, components and mobility technologies within the Stellantis Group.”

Apart from the pure-electric e-C3, Citroen also exports the petrol version to the ASEAN and African markets. The Citroen e-C3 gets a 29.2 kWh battery pack, which, as claimed by the company, delivers an ARAI-certified range of 320 km. Its front mounted electric motor generates 56 bhp and 143 Nm.

The car is capable of accelerating from 0-60 km/h in a claimed time of 6.8 seconds and its top speed is said to be 107 km/h. It can be fast charged in 57 minutes. The Citroen e-C3 does not get ESP. It includes two airbags as standard.
