Rather, the company is working under such a process that the employees think of coming to office voluntarily. And this method is also working. Company employees come to the office on their own and meet other employees.

The CEO of Globant said that he does not want to point a gun at the temples of the employees and call them to the office. Rather, employees have now started coming to office themselves. Migoya initially thought of asking everyone to come back, but then the company considered keeping the return process flexible and expanding the office space. The office space has been modified for this.

Employees’ desks have been changed, replacing them with more round tables with space for more people. The workstation has been converted into a phone booth for private meetings. Apart from this, many other changes have been made which are motivating the employees to come to the office. The company is working on a plan to recruit more than 20 thousand more employees in the next five years. Its headquarters is in Montevideo, Uruguay. Only last year the company had opened a new office in Tandil. It is continuously working towards increasing its workforce and area.
